This website is operated by Videxu. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Videxu. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Products and Services

Videxu creates short explainer videos for businesses. Each video is produced to order. Product descriptions and prices are shown on our website and at checkout. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

Orders and Payment

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, you will receive a full refund.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Unused videos roll over for 90 days while the plan remains active. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Video Packs

Videos included in a one-time video pack must be requested within 365 days of purchase. Videos not requested within this period expire.

Delivery

Videos are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Revisions

Each video includes one round of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Customer Content

You are responsible for any materials you provide to us and confirm that you have the right to use them.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you may use, modify and publish the delivered video for any lawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any particular result from the use of our videos.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Videxu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
